Admin and Sales Support


SALARY:  up to 25,000

The Admin and Sales Support must have an exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to admin and sales support tasks as instructed by the client
  • Answering inquiries via phone calls or emails
  • Following up with enquiries
  • Handle documentation and draft consulting contracts
  • Booking of appointments/maintaining calendar updates for the client
  • Provide support and manage existing and new contracts
  • Organize internal and external meetings, book venues and meeting rooms
  • Flight and accommodation bookings for clients
  • Maintain high level of customer service by interacting between operations personnel and clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Graduate of any College/Bachelor’s Degree
  • With at least 2-years of experience in the same role is required
  • Background in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is an advantage
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Must have excellent administrative and clerical skills
  • Excellent English skills is required for this position
  • Must be very keen to details
  • With strong organizational and management skills
  • Willing to work in Ortigas
  • Available to start ASAP
  • 1 Full-time position available
