Reportingdirectly to the Sales Director, you will bring your experience of developing newbusiness across the transport, telecommunications, and technologies industries,where you have created new relationships across managed services, BPO, and ITOsolutions across the Call Centre/ Contact Centre space and have identifiedopportunities within new business accounts.
You'llhave knowledge of the telecom industry and hi-tech industries, be an aggressivehunter, who is able to build across the right levels, who has proven experienceacross large scale BPO sales and global outsourcing solutions sales experienceacross the customer care, call center, hi-tech, value-based environments. This role requires deep industry experience, the ability to work in a start-upenvironment.

· Have at least completed 2 years in college
· Must have at least 5-year experience in salesmanagement
· With at least 3 years BPO or call centerexperience
· Have demonstrated experience of hitting andexceeding challenging sales targets
· Have knowledge of current and future trendsin the BPO industry
· Experience working within a BPO Provider
· Clear understanding of Technology and Telecommunicationssolutions
· Track record of working with large BPO sales& account management
· Prior B2B experience in an outsourcingenvironment
· Possess strong written and verbal Englishcommunication skills
· Have strong presentation skills in aprofessional manner
· Be confident with a can-do attitude
· Be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com (or another CRM)
· Amenable to work in Ortigas City
