Responsibilities
Regularly perform preventive maintenance tasks on computers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Address hardware and software issues promptly to prevent downtime.
Hardware Setup and Deployment to the newly requested workstation.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of computers in training rooms and operational areas.
Regularly format and optimize systems to improve performance.
Assist in setting up OBP accounts for newly hired employees and new clients accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate account creation based on IT team guidelines.
Collaborate with our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment.
Assist in tracking and managing hardware assets efficiently.
Requirements
Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or any related course.
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
Passion for the IT industry and its best practices.
