Responsibilities
Review historical records where applicable and ensure accuracy of information at all times
Maintain good knowledge of all business functions and company policies and procedures
Analyzation and generation of reports that affects the business strategy
Provide recommendations to resolve data issues escalated
Execute resolutions to improve data issues that may arise
Submit reports as required with needed information accurately
In-charge of both operation and account management reports
Participate internal and external reviews
Maintain company scorecard and KPIs
Reviews all reports and create 100% accurate data before sending to Reporting Manager
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Business Operations
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
With good attention to detail skills, thoroughness, organization and analyzation skills
Motivated, self-starter and with problem-solving talents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be knowledgeable in MS Access and SQL
Proficient in all Windows applications, including Word, Outlook, Access, MS Excel and Macros
Ability to work well in dynamic situations, anticipate and mitigate problems
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as the ability to work well independently with limited assistance
