Responsibilities
Maintain Desktop Encryption Keys for all company Computers.
Perform and Monitor Window Servers for both Physical and VM.
Preventive maintenance of Computers and Servers
Administer Windows Client/Server environment including setting permissions and file management.
Managing GPO (Group Policy Object) from the Active Directory.
Knowledge of windows Operating systems.
Knowledge of local area network.
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation in written or electronic form.
Knowledge of QMS, it’s a plus if he/she has experience to ISMS.
Gather, Research, and communicate pricing on computer hardware and software.
Managing Jr IT Staff and covering assigned tasks if necessary.
Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Updating computer software. As well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information technology.
At least 3-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With experience in leading/managing Jr IT Staff
Working experience in a BPO industry is an advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas / Cubao
Applicants must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
Must be willing to duty on a GY shift.
Can work independently and require minimal supervision
