Responsibilities

  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases, and assures that information is available on a timely basis.
  • Delivers routine daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
  • Conducts data consolidation on HR data (such as schedule adherence, over breaks or Timekeeping compliance, other data to be requested)
  • Generation of reports and identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions to improve HR strategies and processes
  • Report incidents in line with the company policy to the Direct Superior or Department head. 
  • Access to view surveillance security systems for company incident reporting, timekeeping reference, etc. 
  • Supports payroll in making sure that the employee timekeeping record is accurate.
  • Ensures productivity and efficiency in all departments by escalating issues regarding employee schedule adherence to their respective manager(s).
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify and address staff-related issues and checking of discrepancies for all employees' schedule adherence 
  • Works or Coordinate with IT and Web Development Team regarding issues involving the tools needed – such as HR and Payroll System, surveillance security system concern, etc.
  • Assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards)
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Other tasks that will be assigned by the HR Supervisor and Manager

Requirements

  • At least 2-years of solid experience in the same role is required for this position
  • With good attention to detail skills, thoroughness, organization and analyzation skills 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy especially in times of rapid turn-around needs
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as the ability to work well independently with limited assistance 
  • Excellent knowledge in all Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, dashboards and reports
  • Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
  • Willing to work in Ortigas and open to shifting schedule (AM/GY)
  • Available to start ASAP
