Recruitment Manager


SALARY:  70,000 - 80,000

You will oversee our company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages the strategic planning, development, implementation, organization, and control of all facets of recruitment
  • Drives for the efficient and expedient fulfillment of projects as derived from the capacity needs of the organization
  • Develops strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and drive the business in a collaborative manner and working closely with the recruitment process owners as well as functional teams outside recruitment
  • Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex recruitment projects with significant business impact
  • Manages the review and standardization of processes by implementing process management activities to meet service levels and optimize resources.
  • Develops team members through regular and continuous coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews, and professional learning opportunities
  • Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating talent acquisition activity and quality
  • Manages the team in running process improvement projects, setting up goals and tasks, and monitoring performance in accordance with ISO compliance
  • Meets and exceeds internal and external client KPIs or requirements
  • Creates and maintains a high-performance culture utilizing the Company's best practices which include clear personal performance objectives and customized career development plans

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any behavioral related course
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Hands-on experience with HR databases
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong experience in using direct sourcing methods (Networking, LinkedIn, Job-Boards, Internal Talent Pools) and the ability to identify top talent
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
  • High standards, continuously raising the bar, delivering with a sense of urgency
  • Sound judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees
