Ally’s Journey: Discovering Japan, Celebrating Leadership

Ally, our OBP Manager of the Year 2024, got to experience the magic of Japan, thanks to OBP’s travel incentive. For her, this recognition isn’t just a personal milestone—it’s a celebration of everyone who’s been part of her journey.

“This award reflects the people who supported and inspired me,” Ally shared. Japan felt like a dream come true, a reward earned through years of dedication and hard work.

She brought her family along for the adventure. Ten days in Japan became a shared experience of discovery across cities, food, and culture. Each day brought long walks of over 15,000 steps. Nights ended with tired feet, laughter, and stories exchanged together.

“We got lost many times. My daughter dealt with an allergy issue. Every challenge becomes part of the experience,” Ally recalled.

Of course, no adventure is complete without a few surprises. Ally lost her phone in a massive outlet mall in Rinku, and her daughter’s passport went missing for a while at Narita Airport. There was a bit of panic, a lot of relief, and plenty of laughter after. Now, these little mishaps are some of their favorite family stories.

Japan left a lasting impression on Ally. She was inspired by the discipline in daily life, the spotless surroundings, the smooth flow of everything, and the calm, respectful way people treated each other. Even the smallest actions showed so much care and intention.

She came home with more than just memories and snapshots—she brought back a renewed sense of purpose, shaped by everything she saw and felt in Japan.

Now, those lessons inspire the way Ally leads every day. She brings patience, clarity, and real care to her team, focusing on consistency, listening, and making every day count.

For Ally, success grows from daily habits and steady effort. Respect, teamwork, and dedication remain central to OBP culture. Her time in Japan strengthened these values and continues to guide how she supports her team.
