We appreciate your interest in pursuing a career with us and joining the OBP family. Here are some of our tips on how you can navigate through our Career Portal better.

How to Apply

  • Select your job preference and click the Apply button
  • Fill out the form and provide your personal and contact details
  • Upload your resume in .pdf or .doc format
  • Click submit application

How to Track Your Application

  • Check our job openings and apply
  • View notifications and updates regarding your application
  • Accept or change your interview time online
  • Withdraw or update the application if you're no longer keen to apply


  • Take note of your reference code. It will serve as your job ID
  • Confirm your scheduled interview. Inform us 24 hours before the agreed time of interview if you won't be able to come
  • You can reschedule the interview. However, you're only allowed to reschedule twice
  • Check your email regularly for updates and notifications
  • Read and follow the instructions provided to you carefully

What is your recruitment process?

Upon receiving your updated CV / Resume, the Talent Acquisition team will be evaluating your credentials to match the existing job positions that OBP has. Please expect that you will undergo the following process:

  • Phone Interview / Initial Interview with Talent Acquisition
  • Online Assessment
  • 2nd Interview (via Zoom / Skype)
  • Final Interview (via Zoom / Skype)
  • Job Offer (via Zoom / Skype)

To search for our active job positions, you may click on the Job Openings link. You also have the option to select Job Alerts to receive timely updates on the job opportunities which may be available in the future or submit your CV / Resume in the Resume Bank.

What is your current work setup?

All applications are currently being conducted online for the safety and security of all applicants and employees.

We are 100% back on-site and strictly following health protocols.

What are Recruitment / Talent Acquisition’s business hours?

Business hours are from Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM.
