Perlyn Benito is a seasoned professional here at OBP. From Team Leader to Team Manager, her passion for leadership, collaboration, and teamwork sets her apart. Her modest yet driven personality is contagious to anyone who interacts with her.

Her rise through the ranks has always been supported by her peers. “It was a humbling experience to learn and grow in this industry,” she expressed. She finds fulfillment in working with others and creating something meaningful together.

OM Kristine: Leading Operations with Warmth

Kristine Besa has been part of OBP leadership for over a decade. Her roles as Former Team Leader, Former Team Manager, and Operations Manager truly makes an impressive career path. She has a skillful approach to ensuring efficient processes, which is always admired by her team members and fellow managers.

Her growth was supported by the company through and through. She shared, “OBP has always provided me with the tools, training, and opportunities to grow, and I’m grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me.” She continues to strive for excellence alongside her peers, every step of the way.

Mike: Senior Operator Crowned Employee of the Year

Some might say that Michael Baladad is among the highest-performing employees at OBP. He was awarded twice as Employee of the Month, recognized as Employee of the Quarter, and reached a peak as Employee of the Year in 2024.

With his strong dedication and out-of-the-box thinking, it’s no wonder that his efforts were recognized time and time again. He reflected, “Hearing my name called was a moment I’ll never forget, and a reminder that hard work and dedication truly pay off.” 

Myles: The Gentle Heart Behind Employee Engagement

Last but not the least, Myles Concepcion is one of our Employee Engagement Specialists here at OBP. Reaching out with kindness and care is what she does best, and the employees wouldn’t have it any other way. Her calm yet focused approach makes her truly reliable.

She emphasized that being part of People and Culture means they “...make meaningful changes based on what our team truly needs,” and this speaks volumes when it comes to tailored initiatives that truly resonate with our employees. Witnessing and experiencing this firsthand made her grow closer, committed to doing more. That’s why she started as a Marketing Intern and made a giant leap to take on Employee Engagement!
