“Being named OBP’s Employee of the Year was a huge honor,” he said. “The Japan trip made it more meaningful because I got to share the experience and create lasting memories with my fiancée.”

During the trip, Mike proposed at Tokyo Disneyland. “She always said Disneyland is the happiest place on earth,” he shared. “I wanted that moment to happen there.”
