Responsibilities

Client Specific Tasks:

  • Handle cash booking/journal entries
  • Record the daily financial transaction and book of accounts
  • Perform end-to-end processing of accounts receivable / accounts payable
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Perform bank/financial reconciliations
  • Ensure complete recording of transactions in the general ledger, vendor
  • Ledger and customer/borrower ledger
  • Manage the invoice processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax reporting
  • Assist in admin-related responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information and trends
  • Manage financial historical records
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and year-end financial and management reports
  • Assist with various accounting processes on a regular basis
  • Check and report errors in financial reports and process
  • Schedule vendor’s payment schedules and credit management
  • Comply with company and government policies and regulations
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with accounting-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

Client Specific Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  •  Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
  •  Flexible to work on a graveyard shift (i.e. starting at 9AM PDT), shifting schedule and holidays.
  •  Experience in the following (preferred but not required):
  •  US Bookkeeping, Fund/Investment Accounting, Real Estate, SAP Concur Accounts Payable
  •  Good written and verbal English communication skills
  •  Good work attitude, can work independently/with a team and with high level of integrity
  •  Good time management and with a sense of urgency
  •  Highly proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  •  Preferably with experience in using any of the following: 

-Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management), 

 -(Investor Relations), 

 -The Mortgage Office (Loan Servicing), 

 -Quickbooks Online (Accounting & Reporting)

 -Accounts Payable (SAP Concur)

 -Project Management (Microsoft Office)

  • Willing to have video calls via Microsoft Teams and Google Zoom
