Responsibilities
Assist in recording of the books of account and preparation of financial statements
Record Cash Receipts and disbursement transactions Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Prepare bank deposits and cheque payments
Record BIR eRelief and Alphalist for the monthly BIR returns
Do any adhoc duties as required by the Accounting Department and management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce, or similar course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least 6 months to a year of working experience in the related field is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable in MS Officer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Must be a team player
