Admin Support Specialist (Draw Administrator)

Job Summary

The Admin Support Specialist will help support the client's Draw Processors in completing requests for reimbursements. 

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Send out initial draw due diligence package requirements to new borrowers.
  • Review incoming draw packages for completeness and accuracy, assemble and label documentation, review spreadsheet values, request missing items, clarify issues, and organize files.
  • Order inspections.
  • Evaluate draw package to ensure compliance with loan terms.
  • Update and maintain ALTA 32 policies with Title companies.
  • Work within Salesforce and loan files to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Maintain knowledge with new guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide white glove customer service to our borrowers and fellow team members.
  • Communicate and update the team / clients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Client Specific Tasks:

  • Review incoming draw packages for completeness and accuracy, assemble and label documentation, review spreadsheet values, request missing items, clarify issues, and organize files.
  • Format budgets into Arixa’s internal format.
  • Order inspections.
  • Evaluate draw package to ensure compliance with loan terms.
  • Order ALTA 33 endorsements from Title companies.
  • Work within Salesforce and loan files to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide white glove customer service to fellow team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

General Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree (any field)
  • Preferably with work experience/background in real estate
  • High interest in real estate and construction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Team player and can work independently
  • Preferable with background in using Salesforce
  • Can start asap
