Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain company assets
  • Maintain equipment trackers needed for financial and compliance purposes
  • Assist in issuance of administrative requests
  • Conduct regular inventory of assets
  • Maintain and update Inventory/Asset Management System
  • Oversee Tagging of Assets
  • Monitor and maintain the record of all Asset movements (transfer/pull out/addition/disposal/issuance and all other records relating to inventoriable and Fixed Assets)
  • Record, maintain and track inventory-related forms
  • Countercheck physical inventory versus records in Asset Management System on a regular basis
  • Assist in PEZA farm in and out compliance
  • Provide asset-related reports as needed (i.e., Asset Management)
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer, Requestor, Management on the availability of Assets needed
  • Communicate any Asset inventory-related concerns
  • Achieve the necessary KPI Target as set by the Management
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Commerce
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field is required
  • Background in PEZA processing is an advantage 
  • Preferably experienced in Oracle Netsuite
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details 
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment 
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required 
  • Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Must be a team player 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao 
  • Can start immediately
