Responsibilities
Record the daily financial transaction and book of accounts
Perform end to end processing of accounts payable / accounts receivable
Prepare financial statements
Perform bank/financial reconciliations
Ensure complete recording of transactions in the general ledger, vendor ledger and customer/borrower ledger
Manage the invoice processes
Ensure compliance with tax reporting
Assist in admin-related responsibilities
Collect, analyze and summarize account information and trends
Manage financial historical records
Prepare weekly, monthly, year-end financial and management reports
Assist with various accounting processes on a regular basis
Check and report errors in financial reports and process
Schedule vendor’s payment schedules and credit management
Comply with company and government policies and regulations
Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient in using QuickBooks Online
Flexible to work on a graveyard shift, shifting schedule and holidays.
Excellent understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounting principles
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Good organizational skills
Good work attitude, can work independently/with a team and with high level of integrity
Good time management and with a sense of urgency
Highly proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
