  • Responsible for bookkeeping procedures and general administrative/ad hoc tasks
  • Manage the Accounts Payable cycle:
  • Process invoices & expense reports
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Record entries into Quickbooks
  • Reconcile all asset and liability accounts 
  • Review monthly borrower billing statements
  • Assist with tax filings, quarterly debt compliance reports, and ad hoc requests (SEC compliance related requests, renewing CA lender license) 
  • Other ad hoc request to maintain data accuracy/integrity


  • Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience in Private Equity/Hedge Funds or Real Estate a plus
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while adhering to deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and team player attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred but not required
