Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will bring your experience developing new business across the transport, telecommunications and technologies industries, where you have created new relationships across managed services, BPO and ITO solutions across the Call Centre/ Contact Centre space and have identified opportunities within new business accounts.
Responsibilities
Function as the Company’s brand ambassador by introducing the business to potential and existing clients appropriately
Identify and create sales opportunities
Conduct virtual or face to face meetings with clients
Establish their Business Process needs to create proposals and present tailor made solutions that match their needs
Close deals by thinking strategically to create solutions that deliver significant benefits to your clients
Manage the sales process to successfully fulfil realistic sales targets
Manage proactively the existing clients’ accounts
Entertain clients visiting the Manila offices
Achieve or even exceed set KPI by securing new businesses
Requirements
Has 5+ years of professional sales management experience and broad knowledge in the BPO industry
A go-getter
A hunter for new business opportunities with outstanding research capability
A critical thinker who can strategically craft an effective project pipeline and forecast based on client and market insights
A positive force who can build good working relationships with clients
Highly motivated to reach business targets
Flexible to adjust according to the clients’ availability
