Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting and data solutions
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data infrastructure
- Support forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking activities
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work on site in Cubao or Ortigas
- No work schedule preference.
