Responsibilities
Work with the process owners and / or clients to accurately capture all requests and translate them into system specifications which typically include functional, non-functional, user interface, reports and external interface specifications.
Work with software engineers and programmers to ensure that the engineering realization and system efficiency are in accordance with the business specification.
Explore and evaluate possibilities of deploying report automation to enhance business & system productivity.
Manage reporting needs and expectation of the clients and senior officers.
Gather user requirements through analyzing data, current systems and business practice.
Provides support to stakeholders/clients on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
Analyzes, maps and communicates current state and future state systems processes.
Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and business analysis standards.
Collaborates with process team to define and develop documentation, business analysis, artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates.
Work collaboratively with both internal and external clients for the development and completion of projects
Provides training, coaching and feedback when necessary
Ensures effective control of projects: address conflicting priorities, issues, risks and change
Adheres to task assigned by the Director of Business Operations
Configure Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, internal stakeholder requirements and company goals.
Manage user creation and administration including access management, permission sets, role assignments, and data uploads
Implement and maintain custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules
Work on tickets related to basic Salesforce administration work (including users management, permissions, field, picklist, and page layouts)
Write test use cases; perform testing and validation on Salesforce changes build by developers. Assist with testing enhancements/changes in production and sandboxes.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering (others) or equivalent
At least 2 years of work experience as a Supervisor, Product Specifications Trainer or QA is required for this position
Preferably Six Sigma Yellow Belt and/or Green Belt trained/certified
Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Continuous/Process Improvement, and Total Quality Management concepts
Has excellent & effective written and oral communication skills
Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and initiative
Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays
Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Has experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
Experience with Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
Salesforce Certification (ADM201 and/or ADM211) is a strong plus.
Must have Lightning experience.
Proficient in the full Salesforce offerings such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
