Responsibilities
The person in this role will be the primary contact for client support and customer service. Candidate should be able to learn and understand all platforms in our current tech stack to implement and execute a program for continually checking in on and educating our members about the resources and programs available to them. This role will include scheduling virtual meetings or phone calls with our international clients in various time zones, which will occasionally occur outside normal business hours.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field (e.g., account management, sales).
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Proficiency in [relevant software programs, e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk].
Amenable in any shift schedule.
Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
