Responsibilities
NATURE / SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, identifying and mitigating workplace health hazards and risks.
Provide primary medical care, first aid, and emergency responses to employees.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and productivity.
Advise employees on health-related matters and provide consultations on work-related illnesses and injuries.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide expert advice to management on occupational health issues.
Maintain accurate medical records for employees.
Work effectively with HR, management, and safety teams.
Requirements
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With PRC license as a physician
Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in a range of health conditions.
Making sound medical decisions and resolving health-related challenges.
High integrity embracing the company’s values
Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedule and emergency tasks
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and independently
