Job Summary

Be a part of the HR team as you support the company's health and safety. 

Responsibilities

Nurse  /OSH:

  • To administer proper medications and to address patient’s health concern during night shift
  • Immediate Assessment and Coordination for reported employee with respiratory symptoms and Fever during shift (cough; colds; sore throat etc.)
  • Oversee the implementation of Health and Safety protocols in the workplace
  • Provide basic first aid to employees when required and assess employee health risks
  • Oversee employees when an emergency situation happens (Fire, earthquake, etc.)
  • Transfer / Assist employee to the nearest hospital when injured/needs immediate treatment from the hospital

Human Resources:

  • Manages the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Carry out responsibilities for departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, benefits, compensation, and employment
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory concerns and reports
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Work well with company employee communication
  • Maintains company records and 201 Files with confidentiality
  • Manages employee safety, welfare, employee services, and counseling
  • Provides back-up in payroll processing and assist employees with their benefits and claims requests
  • Other tasks that will be directed by the HR Manager or Supervisor

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any course
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in the same role is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching, and strong knowledge of people management and leadership skills
  • BOSH certificate / Registered Nurse – GOOD TO HAVE BUT NOT A STRICT REQUIREMENT
  • Must have good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and responsible at work
  • Willing to work in GY / Midshift
