Responsibilities
Salary : 18,000 - 25,000
Client Specific tasks
- Quote agent import DAP shipments
- Action any OBC/AOG quotes/follow ups
- Export air quotes
- Export sea quotes
- General inbox management
- Import air related task such as lodging under bonds and out-turns in cargowise
- Call warehouse and troubleshoot weekend air freight collections
- Arrange weekend collection ID’s
- Job Registrations
- Import related tasks
- Import transhipment tracking etc.
Requirements
- At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping industry is a requirement
- Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent English skills in both written and oral
- Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- With positive attitude towards difficult situation
- Can start ASAP and amenable to any work schedule
- Ok to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao
