Data Entry Specialist - Legal

If you have at least 1 year experience in Legal Data Entry and with Legal Background on Housing and Conveyancing, then you are what we're looking for!
Responsibilities
Compile, organize and categorize legal documents
Entry of legal documents information with 100% accuracy
Process and analyze information from source documents into the computer and/or database
Ensure quality and completion of data entry work
Record and store the said source documents accordingly
Examine legal documents using one's judgment and knowledge
Keep updated on the best practices regarding legal data entry processing
Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested)
Attend to client calls and meeting as necessary
Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met
Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader
Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
Must be a college graduate
Preferably with legal background on housing and conveyancing
With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong computer skills and Internet savvy
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Flexibility with assigned schedules whether dayshift, midshift, graveyard schedule / holiday work
Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
