Data Entry Specialist - Legal

15,000.00 - 19,000.00



If you have at least 1 year experience in Legal Data Entry and with Legal Background on Housing and Conveyancing, then you are what we're looking for!

Responsibilities

  • Compile, organize and categorize legal documents
  • Entry of legal documents information with 100% accuracy
  • Process and analyze information from source documents into the computer and/or database
  • Ensure quality and completion of data entry work
  • Record and store the said source documents accordingly
  • Examine legal documents using one's judgment and knowledge
  • Keep updated on the best practices regarding legal data entry processing
  • Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested)
  • Attend to client calls and meeting as necessary
  • Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

  • Must be a college graduate
  • Preferably with legal background on housing and conveyancing
  • With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills and Internet savvy
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
  • Flexibility with assigned schedules whether dayshift, midshift, graveyard schedule / holiday work
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
  • Strong adherence to information confidentiality
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Available to start ASAP
