If you have at least 1 year experience in Legal Data Entry and with Legal Background on Housing and Conveyancing, then you are what we're looking for!
Responsibilities
- Compile, organize and categorize legal documents
- Entry of legal documents information with 100% accuracy
- Process and analyze information from source documents into the computer and/or database
- Ensure quality and completion of data entry work
- Record and store the said source documents accordingly
- Examine legal documents using one's judgment and knowledge
- Keep updated on the best practices regarding legal data entry processing
- Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested)
- Attend to client calls and meeting as necessary
- Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader
- Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate
- Preferably with legal background on housing and conveyancing
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills and Internet savvy
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
- Flexibility with assigned schedules whether dayshift, midshift, graveyard schedule / holiday work
- Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
- Strong adherence to information confidentiality
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Available to start ASAP
