Responsibilities
Client Specific tasks:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and key decision-makers using various tools and platforms.
Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and readiness for our solutions, ensuring that the sales pipeline is filled with high-quality opportunities.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation process.
Track and manage leads in the CRM System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all stages of the sales cycle.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales continually refine your approach and drive better results.
Requirements
SKILL SPECIFICATIONS:
Have at least 1-2 years’ experience and proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
Strong research skills and ability to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
Have strong presentation skills with a professional manner
Be confident with a can do attitude
Be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com (or another CRM)
Can start ASAP and amenable to required schedules
Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
