Responsibilities
Provide support to the management with the design, conceptualization and execution of events and activities
Promote, manage and celebrate Engagement Programs and other rewards and recognition activities
Perform engagement related administrative tasks
Attends to proposal queries, supplier clarifications of specs and assist in the screening of appropriate vendors
Deploy, implement and coordinate program activities to ensure a positive as well as exciting environment in the company
Create materials that update and inform employees through the different communication tools/mechanisms and posting of bulletin board notices
Put ideas together in a creative and professional manner
Oversee daily updates and answer queries on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Blogs with the goal of engaging people
Work in multiple processes or on multiple projects at a time
Perform other tasks as per management needs
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or any equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Exposure to events management will be an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conceive and plan a broad range of creative and engaging activities to create a positive and healthy work environment
