Finance Staff

Our Finance Team is growing and we want you! Open for Fresh Graduates!
Responsibilities
Account Receivable
Prepare monthly invoices for existing clients
Prepare set up invoice for potential clients
Create and update aging of accounts receivables on weekly basis
Monitor outstanding accounts and inform finance manager on overdue invoices on weekly basis
Generate Sales Reports on monthly and quarterly basis
Update accounts receivables files and records
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Finance Manager
HMO Management
Coordinate and Verify with HR the list of employees for regularization within the month
Prepare Enrolment file for employees who will be regularized for the month
Check and Verify HR’s list of resigned employees of the month
Prepare Cancellation file of resigning employees with HMO membership
Prepare Change of Status file for existing HMO members as needed
Check Billing sent by HMO provider and match the list against regular employees enrolled and with additional dependents
Send Files and Reports to Finance Manager for coordination with HMO provider
Timekeeping
Assist payroll team with timekeeping of management and support every fortnigh
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce, or similar course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least 1 year or more of working experience in the related field is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and/or Cubao office
