Responsibilities
Client Specific tasks
Customer Service Tasks
Checking of registrations, including documents requirements, EXW/freight amounts for customs purposes, and communication with agents and onshore staff.
Alerts to customers including ETA updates
Communication with other forwarders
Liaising with overseas agents
Managing the MEL import sea share mailbox
Paying shipping line charges, chasing DOs and processing DO’s
Handling shipment’s release statuses
Preparing charges for invoicing
Data Entry Tasks:
Arrival Notice and CHG Charges
Client Adhoc Task
Consol Registration Air
Consol Registration Sea
Edocs
Freight Amounts and Charges
Inbox Management
Job Updates
Outturn Reports

Requirements
At least 1-year of experience in Customer Services or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Shipping industry
Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent English skills in both written and oral
Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
With positive attitude towards difficult situation
Willing to work in Cubao or Ortigas Site
Can start ASAP and amenable to morning and weekend schedules
