NATURE / SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Cleaning and minor repair works assistance on the following areas.
Exterior & interior walls
Walls & partitions
Windows & Blinds
Ceiling
Facilities & amenities, etc.
Requirements
Proficiency in various cleaning methods, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and disinfecting
Ability to notice and address small details, ensuring high standard of cleanliness
Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, such as minor repairs or maintenance problems
Ability to prioritize task and complete them efficiently within a given timeframe
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for the handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
