Responsibilities
The HRIS Specialist manages HR information (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and implements systems, applications, and tools that can be optimized to provide an amazing employee experience that supports the company in becoming a high-impact HR organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases, and assures that information is available on a timely basis.
Delivers routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
Conducts data analysis on HR data (such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, etc.)to identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions to improve HR strategies and processes.
Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
Supports payroll in making sure that the employee timekeeping record is accurate.
Conduct research and collaborate with operations and other departments to provide information and support for HR business decisions.
Ensures productivity and efficiency in all departments by escalating issues regarding employee schedule adherence to their respective manager(s).
Leads the HR Department to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes.
Manages requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development and/or purchase of new tools and/or software applications for the HR Department.
Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance
Works with the IT team on issues involving the tools needed (cctv cameras, biometrics, etc.).
Other tasks that will be assigned by the HR supervisor
Requirements
Must be a graduate of any IT-related course
At least 1-year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position
Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
With good analytical skills and keen to details
With good organizational skills
Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
