Responsibilities
Responsibility as HR Supervisor will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake wide range of HR task on compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, occupational safety and health, timekeeping and will work closely with operations in addressing all HR related concerns.
Employee Relations and Labor Relations:
Develop and maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations
Provide counselling to improve staff work performance and relationship with co-employees
Organize activities and events that support and enhance employee morale and nurture a positive working environment that will drive an increased employee satisfaction and commitment level
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Monitor attrition rate and recommends procedures and resolution and identify employment concerns.
Facilitate exit interviews
Administrative:
Maintain physical and digital records like employment contract and documentations
Update internal database (HRIS) with new hire information
Auditing and authenticating all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits plan
Assist in timekeeping and support for payroll concerns
Provides support to employees in various HR- related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Occupational Safety and Health:
Ensure activities to meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, etc.
Work on any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Director of Business Operations
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
With minimum 3 years work experience in the different areas of Human Resources
At least 2 years of experience in HR supervisory role from the BPO industry
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
Knowledge of government, and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations
Must have a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and issues
Ability to analyze and assess training and development implementation of salary administration plans and benefits programs
Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Work requires professional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate group, units or teams to produce quality materials
In depth knowledge of labor law and practical experience in managing employee relations
Experience of people management and ability to work well under pressure.
