Manage outside consultants to see projects through to completion. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall business and departmental functions.

Job Summary

CargoWise Support across all Departments and Modules.

CargoWise Training and Remote Assistance: Assist staff internally with setup and configurations when assigned CargoWise related requests.

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience using WiseTech’s CargoWise One Software

CargoWise Certification Level of CSS/CCP

Responsibilities

CargoWise Support across all Departments and Modules.

CargoWise Training and Remote Assistance: Assist staff internally with setup and configurations when assigned CargoWise related requests.

Reporting: Assist staff with running, customizing, and scheduling reports.

Data Import/Mapping: Assist staff with customer data, creating product codes, inventory i receipts/orders, mapping fields for importing various file types.

FedEx/UPS: Help support courier software, account setups, generating labels, and reporting.

Pierbridge: Setup and training of new CargoWise/Courier platform (Transtream) integration.

EDI Support: Assist with internal customer (existing & onboarding) EDI project setups.

EDI Support for True Commerce/SPS/DICentral web portals.

Auto Rating: Assist with setting up auto rating on clients and support staff with rate updates.

Registry: Assist with modifying and testing Registry settings.

CargoWise Security: Help add/remove users, generate security groups, periodic auditing of staff and group security with departments.

Remote Assistance and CargoWise support for our L.A. Distribution Team.

RF Scanning: Assist with learning Warehouse RF Scanner app and supporting L.A. Team.

Web tracker: Work with CSM for onboarding, adding client users, security access control.

Workflow; Assist staff with Workflow – Milestones, implementation of templates & testing, tasks exception reports, dashboards, grids/color schemes, etc.

CargoWise – Testing and follow-ups on internal implementation requests.

Basic I.T. knowledge to assist with internal related requests when possible.

LogMeIn Remote Support, Exchange / Intermedia, Vonage VoIP System, FedEx / UPS Software, Dropbox

Help manage Internal I.T. Ticketing System

CargoWise Training: Assist Department leaders with coordinating training via our CargoWise Consultants.

Achieve or Maintain CargoWise Certifications – CCO, CCS, CCP

Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience using WiseTech’s CargoWise One Software

CargoWise Certification Level of CSS/CCP

Strong Technical Skills

Strong Project Management Skills

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Detail-oriented individual with savviness in working with people and skilled at being a promoter of company morale, values, and mission

Bachelor degree preferred.

Job-related coursework in CargoWise and Systems Administrations.
