Responsibilities

Client Specific Tasks: 

  • Prepare and package loan files to be pledged to banks, sold to third-party lenders, and mailed to custodians 
  • Update Salesforce with loan information and tracking 
  • Assist with loan servicing by inputting new loans into the servicing software, processing payments, creating statements, and following up with borrowers on late payments 
  • Monitor insurance expiration dates and renewals 
  • Generate payoff demands and obtain required approvals 
  • Assist with processing payoffs, including creating and recording reconveyance documents 
  • Adhere to all applicable compliance and private lending regulations 
  • File and scan real estate loan documents 
  • Provide support to other team members as needed 
  • Other duties as may be assigned 

 

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years in administrative support
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Ability to work on site Ortigas and Cubao.
