Responsibilities
Client Specific Tasks:
Prepare and package loan files to be pledged to banks, sold to third-party lenders, and mailed to custodians
Update Salesforce with loan information and tracking
Assist with loan servicing by inputting new loans into the servicing software, processing payments, creating statements, and following up with borrowers on late payments
Monitor insurance expiration dates and renewals
Generate payoff demands and obtain required approvals
Assist with processing payoffs, including creating and recording reconveyance documents
Adhere to all applicable compliance and private lending regulations
File and scan real estate loan documents
Provide support to other team members as needed
Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
At least 1-2 years in administrative support
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
