Responsibilities
Assist the creatives team in developing relevant content for the website and social media platforms.
Research topics using a variety of sources, including video archives, the internet, library archives and others as needed.
Compile data from various sources (social media insights, Google Analytics, email campaigns).
Help create weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance (metrics like engagement, reach, clicks, conversions).
Perform basic competitor analysis to track their campaigns and content.
Assist in the launch of email marketing campaigns (building lists, drafting copy, testing in platforms like Mailchimp).
Coordinate marketing materials for company events/ activities.
Communicate with creatives, managers, team leaders/supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of the project.
Support the Marketing team by coordinating schedules, managing tasks/projects, taking detailed notes during meetings, and performing other tasks as required.
Run errands such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment, food, and other necessary items for the project.
Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing team to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner that adheres to the quality expected from the company.
Requirements

Working knowledge of social media channels
Strong organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Current enrollment in a related BS or Master’s degree
