Multimedia Artist at OBP, will be responsible for the creation of visual materials for producing multimedia solutions for marketing materials in either static or video format while following the company’s brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
Shoot and edit photos/videos needed by the company for internal and external projects; promotional materials, online ads, website, social media posting/requirements, and company events.
Illustrate, animate, and edit assets in an engaging, compelling, and creative manner.
Develop multiple layout/creative materials for branding/promotional materials, print and online advertisement including but not limited to logos, websites, email campaigns, letterhead documents, brochures, newspaper/magazine, ads, posters, banners, social media ads, events and any related material including conceptualization, production, and execution.
Create, edit, and revise videos and illustrations according to client request/feedback.
Lead a production team during photo/video shoots to direct the models or talents.
Photo and video coverage of events and creation of video materials for marketing purposes.
Directly works with a team to provide the required (but not limited to) marketing materials/web development projects
May work independently or with a content writer to come up with the script and storyboard of the video.
Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to resolve technical and/or creative issues and successfully deliver key outputs.
Communicate with the immediate supervisor and other teams regarding task progress.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, design, and animation standards.
Meet project deadlines, milestones, and goals.
Any other related tasks assigned by the Superio
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Arts/Design/Multimedia or equivalent
Portfolio in video, multimedia, and graphic designs (experience in motion graphics and online learning projects is a plus)
Knowledgeable in Adobe graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects, InDesign, and Lightroom
Must have the ability to use different video cameras and other video recording tools
Being well-versed in social media and digital trends is an advantage
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Adept in Google Apps
Strong visual and creative sense
Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good organization and time-management skills, and has a proven history of taking initiative
Work collaboratively with a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
Open and receptive to design critique but also able to defend one's creative decisions
Must be passionate about his/her craft and have high standards for output
