Responsibilities
Pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns
Assist and ensures successful bank transactions of the company, Government agencies and other establishments to pay bills
Assist in government permit/compliance payment either thru bank or in government agency
Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials and running errands
Ensures that all instructions and documents are complete before leaving the office
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field
At Least 2 years’ experience in related field
With integrity and sense of responsibility
Has proper time management/Flexible
Can communicate and understand well
Can start immediately
Applicant must be willing to work in Cubao, Ortigas, and Alabang sites
