Report Writer/Data Analyst

Responsibilities
Participate in technical design and development discussions
Engage in regular knowledge sharing activities and continuously improve engineering practices
Be closely involved in reports review and contribute to the improvement of the team’s skills
Keep abreast of modern frameworks and data programming idioms and improving current best practices
A good understanding of BI tools, such as Tableau, Jaspersoft BI, to lead data team build data-intensive analytics dashboards and reports
A good understanding of databases and experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL etc.
Data analysis mindset to review the reports
Root-cause analysis mindset to debug any reporting issue
Requirements
5+ years of previous experience with Tableau Report writing, analysis, administration
Expert in Jasper reports
5+ years’ experience in data report writing and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
3+ years’ experience in SQL server and running SQL queries
Experience using Atlassian tools – Jira, Confluence
Preferred experience with MS Access, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services
Proven skills in building, analysing and improving KPI metrics
Amenable to report onsite - Ortigas or Cubao office
