Responsibilities
Client Task List:
Provide a backup and support to the Reports Analyst who manages and produces a list of existing reports
Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager on claims management including transfer of documentation between systems (CW1 and M-Files)
Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager during the implementation of Resolver
Provide ongoing support for data entry and verification tasks in Resolver
PSA registration
ISO documentation support – drafting/update to templates, SOPs, policy etc.
Information gathering / analysis of data
Responsibilities:
Extract data from CW1 and produce regular reports as per the task list using Excel / Pivot Tables based on pre-defined processes
Work under the guidance of the Business Analyst team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and quality assurance processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization techniques.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
Proven expertise in Excel including the use of pivot tables and formulas
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
The ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written
