Responsibilities

Client Task List:

  • Provide a backup and support to the Reports Analyst who manages and produces a list of existing reports
  • Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager on claims management including transfer of documentation between systems (CW1 and M-Files)
  • Support the Group Risk & Compliance Manager during the implementation of Resolver
  • Provide ongoing support for data entry and verification tasks in Resolver
  • PSA registration
  • ISO documentation support – drafting/update to templates, SOPs, policy etc.
  • Information gathering / analysis of data

Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from CW1 and produce regular reports as per the task list using Excel / Pivot Tables based on pre-defined processes
  • Work under the guidance of the Business Analyst team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization techniques.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proven expertise in Excel including the use of pivot tables and formulas
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Full-time positions available
