We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining Desktop Encryption Keys for all company computers and performing and monitoring Windows servers for physical and virtual machines. Apply now!

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Desktop Encryption Keys for all company Computers.
• Perform and Monitor Window Servers for both Physical and VM.
• Preventive maintenance of Computers and Servers
• Administer Windows Client/Server environment including setting permissions and file management.
• Managing GPO (Group Policy Object) from the Active Directory.
• Knowledge of windows Operating systems.
• Knowledge of local area network.
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation in written or electronic form.
• Knowledge of QMS, it’s a plus if he/she has experience to ISMS.
• Gather, Research, and communicate pricing on computer hardware and software.
• Managing Jr IT Staff and covering assigned tasks if necessary.
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
• Updating computer software. As well as upgrading hardware and systems.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information technology. 
• At least 3-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With experience in leading/managing Jr IT Staff 
• Working experience in a BPO industry is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas / Cubao 
• Applicants must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
• Must be willing to duty on a GY shift.
• Can work independently and require minimal supervision
