Responsibilities
- Import/Export Airfreight
- Import/ Export Registration
- Consol Listing and Registration
- Shipment Registration
- Chasing documents
- Edoc/Uploading of Docs
- Send pre alerts, arrival notices, delay notices and outturn reports
- Bill of Lading creation
- Packing details update
- Brokerage job registration
- Flight schedule management and updates
- Shipment auto rating
- Email inbox management
- Booking airfreight deliveries
- And any other tasks/functions under the Senior Operator scope
Requirements
- Must be 3 – 4 years of solid experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
- Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience
- Graduates of BS Customs Administration or any shipping/freight forwarding courses are welcome to apply
- Experience using CargoWise will be an advantage
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
- Knowledgeable in MS office and has high computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written

- Amenable to work onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City
