Responsibilities
Salary : 28,000 - 32,000
- Follow operational procedures (SOP) as well as customer specifics.
- Ensure the administrative processing of AOG files
- Create Import/Export files in the TMS
- Tax and prepare transportation documents
- Organize local transportation using the listed providers in the concerned countries
- Communicate with Local FXL all necessary information and document to process physical move.
- Update dedicated IT tools, i.e. F.A.S.T, Cargowise, with event (if applicable)
- Communicate and transfer ongoing files and customer feedback to the Front Officer
- Alert the Front Officer & Supervisor in case of disruption
- Actively Cooperate with the FXL Network
- Adhere to quality procedures
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in the logistics industry, with solid exposure to international logistics operations across multiple transportation modes
- Strong mastery of international air transport and logistics regulations, including Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the specificities of all transportation modes, with emphasis on time-critical and AOG environments
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to convey a positive and professional brand image to clients
- Strict adherence to procedures, service organization, schedules, break times, and holidays
- Compliance with company Quality, Hygiene, and Safety standards
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and discipline, especially in a 24/7 operational setting
- High stress tolerance and ability to perform under pressure in time-critical situations
- Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated reactivity and proactivity
- Effective interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of standard computer and operational tools
