Generate applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies.
At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
MUST have background in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment
Responsibilities
Post job advertisements in various job portals/media outlets
Profile matching candidates to open positions using various sourcing techniques
Generate applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies
Communicate any possible recruitment events to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor / Manager for consideration
Engage proactively in different recruitment initiatives from participating during Job Fairs, doing flyer distribution and attending job caravans
Maintain sourcing reports and weekly recruitment updates
Function as first-level contact by reporting on the Company’s hiring requirements with the Company’s current partners (PESO Offices, Universities)
Confirm the availability of roles matched to profiles Respond to Live Chats received from the OBP Careers website and other legitimate social media accounts
Assist by conducting entry-level interviews, phone screening, test administration and status updates
Maintain the pool of inactive but qualified candidates for future job placement in OBP
Assist in completing Character Reference Checks / Background Checks for endorsed applicants in a timely manner as requested
Accomplish responsibilities, reports and updates based on the Responsibility Matrix
Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
MUST have background in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment
Preferably an outgoing person who loves to meet and talk to people
Develop and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of potential candidates
Conduct in-depth market research to gain thorough understanding of the marketplace for customs broker and/or data entry specialist and other candidates
Manage relationship with potential candidates and be a brand ambassador
Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee projects simultaneously
Keen attention to details and well-organized
Well versed in volume recruitment and back end processes
