Job Summary

  • Generate applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • MUST have background in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements in various job portals/media outlets
  • Profile matching candidates to open positions using various sourcing techniques
  • Generate applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies
  • Communicate any possible recruitment events to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor / Manager for consideration
  • Engage proactively in different recruitment initiatives from participating during Job Fairs, doing flyer distribution and attending job caravans
  • Maintain sourcing reports and weekly recruitment updates
  • Function as first-level contact by reporting on the Company’s hiring requirements with the Company’s current partners (PESO Offices, Universities)
  • Confirm the availability of roles matched to profiles Respond to Live Chats received from the OBP Careers website and other legitimate social media accounts
  • Assist by conducting entry-level interviews, phone screening, test administration and status updates
  • Maintain the pool of inactive but qualified candidates for future job placement in OBP
  • Assist in completing Character Reference Checks / Background Checks for endorsed applicants in a timely manner as requested
  • Accomplish responsibilities, reports and updates based on the Responsibility Matrix
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • MUST have background in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment
  • Preferably an outgoing person who loves to meet and talk to people
  • Develop and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of potential candidates
  • Conduct in-depth market research to gain thorough understanding of the marketplace for customs broker and/or data entry specialist and other candidates
  • Manage relationship with potential candidates and be a brand ambassador
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee projects simultaneously
  • Keen attention to details and well-organized
  • Well versed in volume recruitment and back end processes
  • Available to start ASAP
