Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support recruiters in scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
• Prepare sourcing reports and recruitment updates.
• Assist in employer branding and job posting activities.
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ok to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao
• No work schedule preference
