Responsibilities

  • Draft, finalize and post job advertisements in various job portals/media outlets
  • Provide strategic input in identifying the most effective sourcing channels and recruitment process to get and connect with more qualified candidates
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Review all applications, screen and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and to provide information about the company to the candidates
  • Screen and endorse candidates for additional/second stage interview/s with the Management
  • Coordinate and implement initiatives/plans for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Monitor the Talent Acquisition Specialists’ and Associates’ progress and developmental capacity
  • Complete the Talent Acquisition Specialists’ and Associates’ Performance Evaluation based on the requirement / given deadline
  • Orient and remind all Talent Acquisition Specialists and Associates in line with the Responsibility Matrix, KPI and Performance Evaluation
  • Recommend measurable facets of the recruitment/hiring processes
  • Facilitate timely coaching to the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Acquisition Associates and provides constructive/strategic feedback regarding on their performance and opportunities
  • Conduct Job Offer sessions for all New Hires
  • Research current salary ranges for newly-opened/presented jobs
  • Calibrate with Hiring Managers regarding internal/external job posting requirements, Staffing updates and allocations
  • Maintain an open communication with the Hiring Managers / Management regarding the quality of hires made
  • Maintain, implement and recommend new strategies in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for all New Hires
  • Attend meetings with Training and Implementations for Recruitment and client calls for new requirements as required by the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Accomplish responsibilities, reports and updates based on the Responsibility Matrix
  • Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Talent Acquisition Manager and/or Director of Business Operations
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 3-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With experience in leading/managing Recruitment Team
  • Working experience in a BPO industry is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas / Cubao
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Can work independently and require minimal supervision
  • Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently while maintaining positive relationships
  • Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, friendly, responsible, enthusiastic
  • Available to start ASAP
