Shipment Initiation
Register shipment / Open operational file
Review and match shipping & commercial documents
Send Pre-alert to Customs Broker
Send Pre-alert to Consignee (Importer of Record)
Customs & Compliance
File eManifest for Canada
Obtain Master Arrival Notice
Verify Arrival Notice vs. eManifest
Send eManifest to Customs Broker
Delivery Coordination
Send Delivery Order (DO) or Cartage Advice to trucker
Obtain container pick-up number
Send container pick-up number to trucker
Tracking & Visibility
Track and trace shipment, including: (Issue delay notifications if applicable)
Transshipments
Rail container tracking (automated):
Container arrival
Container availability
Last Free Day (LFD)
Gate out
Gate in
Delivery & Post-Delivery

Requirements
At least 2-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or equivalent
With accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at 40 wpm and 95% accuracy
Must be adept in using search tools, browsers and email features
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be keen to details
Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and instill trust in others while upholding the values of the organization
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to shifting schedule
Amenable to work onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City
