Job Summary

Responsibilities

Salary : Up to 25,000

• Manage dedicated full truckload customer accounts
• Coordinate FTL shipments from booking through delivery
• Maintain carrier relationships and support customer requirements
• Ensure operational efficiency and profitability
• Communicate with key customers and stakeholders

 

Requirements

• At least 2-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or equivalent
• With accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at 40 wpm and 95% accuracy
• Must be adept in using search tools, browsers and email features
• With excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be keen to details
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
• Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and instill trust in others while upholding the values of the organization
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to shifting schedule
• Amenable to work onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Experience in general logistics. FTL/LTL experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues quickly
• Familiarity with transportation tracking systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset
• Able to effectively communicate with carriers, depots, and customers, when needed
