Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
- Checking of discrepancies for all employees' schedule adherence vs. actual productivity
- Ensure productivity and efficiency in all department by escalating issues regarding employee’s schedule adherence to their respective manager/s
- Work with operations in ensuring accuracy of schedules and leaves while adhering to accountspecific processes
- Generate report and confirms accuracy prior to sending to the Operations Manager
- Support Payroll in making sure that the employee time keeping record is accurate
- Work with IT Team with issues involving the tools needed - CCTV cameras, Biometrics, etc.
- Other tasks that will be assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1-year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
- Above average proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel
- With good analytical skills and keen to details
- With good organizational skills
- Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
- Willing to work in Araneta Cubao
- Willing to work in any shift schedule
- Available to start ASAP
