Responsibilities
Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
Checking of discrepancies for all employees' schedule adherence vs. actual productivity
Ensure productivity and efficiency in all department by escalating issues regarding employee’s schedule adherence to their respective manager/s
Work with operations in ensuring accuracy of schedules and leaves while adhering to accountspecific processes
Generate report and confirms accuracy prior to sending to the Operations Manager
Support Payroll in making sure that the employee time keeping record is accurate
Work with IT Team with issues involving the tools needed - CCTV cameras, Biometrics, etc.
Other tasks that will be assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
At least 1-year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
Above average proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel
With good analytical skills and keen to details
With good organizational skills
Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
